Madhuri Dixit

Madhuri was an Indian actress who achieved notoriety for her roles in the films Hum Aapke Haiin Koun and Beta Saajan. The actress began her career as a performer in the late 1980s. She became famous for the movie Tezaab with the veteran actor Anil Kooor. In her next film Dil, Aamir Khan appeared alongside her. A middle-class family was raised in Mumbai she was able to learn dance at an early age. When she was in her early years as she began acting as a young actress, most of the films that she made weren't successful. In the end, she was successful with Indian cinema and rose to the top. She took a break from her profession following her marriage before returning to the entertainment industry. Recently, she had an integral role in the film Gulaab Gang which was about the struggle of women in India. Dixit is nominated to win the fifteen Filmfare Awards, out of which she was awarded eight. Padma Shri, the fourth-highest civilian prize awarded to civilians in India was awarded to Dixit. In addition, she is known for her charitable works.
